Delete your account

Delete the account in the app

Open Red Auto, go to the Profile tab, scroll down and tap “Delete account”. Confirm the dialog. The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.

What happens to your data

Your phone number, name, shop details, contact details, language preference and sign-in data are erased right away. Push notification registrations and active sessions are removed.

Requests, offers and reviews you created stay in the system in anonymized form, without any link to you, so that the deal history of other users remains intact.

Cannot open the app?

Email info@red-auto.store from any address and include the phone number the account was registered with. We will verify that you control the number and delete the account within 7 days.

Signing up again

You can register again with the same phone number at any time. Previously deleted data is not restored.
